The Board of Commissioners of the Lower Florida Keys Hospital District is accepting proposals from qualified healthcare management organizations for: (1) lease of the District’s existing hospital and healthcare-related facilities and (2) management and operation of the District’s healthcare facilities and services. The request for proposal package is available for download from https://lowerkeys2026rfp.com/. Proposal submissions will only be accepted by electronic submission via https://lowerkeys2026rfp.com/. All proposal submission documents must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM EDT, September 28, 2026.
